Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with balcony, fantastic view. I loved the location of this hotel, with many shops, restaurants and attractions just outside the door. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room was spacious with all the required amenities and the balcony offered fantastic views of the city. Breakfast was also good. From the given reviews, I particularly appreciated the mention of a "lovely view from our balcony of the fountain in Placa de l'Ajuntament" and "access to the balconies to see the big parade and fireworks" during the Falles festival.
Nothing to improve.

The location of the hotel was ideal for sightseeing, with many famous squares, historical areas, and shopping streets within walking distance. there were plenty of restaurant options nearby which made dining convenient. the rooms were comfortable and modern, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One major issue I encountered was the difficulty in finding the hotel. Google maps directed me to the wrong side of the building, causing confusion and wasted time.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. Loved the prime location, allowing us to explore the city's old quarter and landmarks with ease. There were plenty of options for breakfast nearby, which was great.
The air conditioning was a bit difficult to manage, making the room too stuffy or too cold. the pillows were hard and not very comfortable, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

Some rooms even have a terrace with a marvelous view. the staff is also friendly and eager to help.
The TV channels are limited, with very little English speaking programming even for news channels.

The hotel was located centrally, close to major tourist attractions and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious enough for four people and had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing great advice on what to do during our short stay.
The first impression upon entering the building was not great, as it smelled bad. , it was not clear how to get to the reception as there were no signs in the lift.
